UK Returns

At Scrutinize Casuals, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and confident in the fit of every item. That’s why we offer a 14-day hassle-free returns policy for all UK orders, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns outside of this period.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please contact us via instagram or facebook or via Email.

Please include the following inside your parcel:

  • Full Name

  • Address

  • Order Number

  • Phone Number

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition

  • Have all tags intact (unpopped)

  • Include original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Important Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds on:

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

International Orders

We currently do not accept returns on international orders.

Due to high and unpredictable costs associated with international shipping, customs, duties, and processing, returns from outside the UK are not feasible at this time.

We strongly recommend that international customers carefully review all product descriptions, sizing guides, and measurements before placing an order.
