Delivery Options (UK Orders)

When placing an order through our store, you’ll be able to choose from the following delivery options:

  • Express Delivery tracked 24 (1–2 Working Days) 
  •  Standard Delivery tracked 48 (2–4 Working Days) 

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail using a tracked and signature-required service for added security and peace of mind.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days excluding weekends.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, all parcels are sent tracked and signed.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via Royal mail using tracked and signed services.

Please note:

  • All international orders are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total.
  • Any customs charges incurred upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for customs delays, duties, or taxes applied by your local authorities.
